All Residential Weekend Bookings are accepted on the following conditions:
1. Your Residential Weekend Your contract is with Spiritual Lifestyle Ltd (“the Company”). The contract between you and the Company is defined by these Booking Conditions.
2. Price You will be advised of the current price of your reservation at the time of booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, the price of your stay is fully guaranteed.
3. Accommodation All rooms are subject to availability. There is a single person supplement on double or twin rooms specified upon booking.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. Deposit option is not available one month prior to the event. The event needs to be paid in full.
A confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you within 7 days of us receiving your deposit.
Balance of Monies due will be advised on the confirmation letter. If we do not receive the balance due on that date, then your room will be cancelled. Any deposits paid will be non-refundable.
The accommodation price includes room, breakfast, and dinner, unless otherwise specified.
4. Insurance You are urged to insure against cancellation and other unforeseen eventualities.
5. Room Allocation and Special Requests Every effort will be made to provide precisely the accommodation booked and to accommodate any special needs advised to us. However, the Company accepts no liability for any failure to provide a special request for which no payment is made, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning any failure to satisfy such requests.
6. Dietary and Other Special Needs Guests who require a special diet please advise us of this when making final payment for your weekend.
7. Cancellation by the Company The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event this is necessary, you will be offered a full refund, where possible and our liability to you will cease.
8. Cancellation by the Guest If you cancel your booking with us, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Deposit Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Once Full Payment has been made this is also non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Check In Check in is normally from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out by 10am on the day of departure.
10. Unreasonable Behaviour Should a guest behave in an abusive or disruptive manner, the company reserves the right, after due consideration and warning, to terminate the contract between us. In such circumstances the guest will have no further redress against the company in respect of any lost part of their stay or additional expenses incurred.
11. Smoking Smoking is prohibited in all parts of our hotels including all bedrooms and guests who smoke in their room in breach of this condition will be required to pay a surcharge of £100 so the room can be properly cleaned and aired. Electronic cigarettes and vaping devices are treated as if they are real cigarettes and are also prohibited in all parts of the hotel.
12. Data Protection When you book a residential weekend with us, you give us your contact details which we require for the proper performance of our contract with you. We also use this information to provide you with upcoming events. If you wish to be removed from this list please email tracy@tjhiggs.com. Our mailing list is entirely confidential.
13. Complaints and Disputes We aim to maintain a high standard of service to you. But if something does go wrong, you must play your part in trying to resolve the problem by raising your complaint with the company as soon as the problem arises. We cannot deal with complaints which have not been raised in this way.

Mentorship Programs
1. Mentorship Programs with payment plans. If you do not attend or decide to leave the course mid way you are still liable for the payment.
2. If you do not attend a weekend, you are still liable for a payment.
Payments are due the week before your allocated class. Please be respectful and make these payments on time.
3. If you are asked to leave a program due to your behaviour no monies paid up to that point will be refunded.
ALL Workshops & Circles
1. Where a deposit is an option : All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
2. Once a payment has been made in full this is non transferable and non refundable.
3. If you miss a class, the monies are non refundable and non transferable.
4. If your class is cancelled you will be entitled to a full refund.
we reserve the right to change the class tutor, due to illness or un-forseen circumstances ( Yes even Psychics have those!)
5. If you are removed from a class due to your behaviour you will not receive a refund.
Privacy Policy
Your data privacy is important to us. We do not share any information with third parties.
However if you book a residential event with us we will need to share your name only with the hotel Upon arrival they will request further details.
